RICHMORE MULTISTREAM
TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: 08/19/2026
Last Updated: 08/19/2026
1. ABOUT RICHMORE MULTISTREAM
RichMore Multistream (“RichMore”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates a community-based food security and savings platform designed to help members develop disciplined saving habits, access food and household essentials, participate in community support programmes, and benefit from eligible member programmes.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RichMore website, member platform, mobile services, savings programmes, food-network services, bonuses, incentives and other services made available by RichMore.
By registering for an account, making a contribution, using our platform or participating in any RichMore programme, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Members must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
RichMore may require identity verification, contact verification, bank-account verification or other information reasonably necessary to administer a member's account and comply with applicable requirements.
A member must not create an account using another person's identity or provide false, misleading or fraudulent information.
RichMore reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, identity misuse, unauthorised activity or material violation of these Terms.
3. MEMBER ACCOUNT
Members are responsible for keeping their login credentials, OTPs, passwords and other authentication information confidential.
A member must immediately notify RichMore if they suspect that their account has been compromised.
RichMore will not be responsible for losses caused by a member voluntarily sharing passwords, OTPs, PINs or other security credentials with another person, except where the loss results from RichMore's own negligence, security failure or unlawful conduct.
4. SAVINGS AND CONTRIBUTIONS
Members are required to make contributions according to the savings plan selected at registration.
The amount, frequency, duration, eligibility requirements and benefits applicable to each plan shall be displayed to the member before enrolment.
A member is responsible for ensuring that the required contribution is made within the applicable contribution period.
RichMore's records of contributions shall form part of the member's account history, subject to correction where an error is established.
5. MISSED CONTRIBUTIONS
Where a member fails to make a scheduled contribution within the specified contribution period of Monday to Friday, the applicable missed-contribution rule may require the member to make a double contribution/payment as specified by the particular programme.
The applicable amount and consequences shall be displayed to the member before participation.
RichMore may not apply a charge that was not disclosed as part of the applicable programme terms.
6. TERMINATION OF A SAVINGS PLAN
A member who voluntarily terminates an active savings plan before its agreed completion date may be subject to an early-termination charge of 10% of the amount saved under that plan, subject to the specific plan terms and applicable law.
The applicable termination charge shall be disclosed to the member before or at the time the savings plan is activated.
Termination does not automatically cancel legitimate outstanding obligations owed by the member to RichMore.
7. REFUNDS AND REVERSALS
Contributions made under a savings or food-network programme are generally not refundable merely because a member changes their mind or voluntarily abandons the programme, except where a refund, reversal or other remedy is required by applicable law, an applicable programme rule, a proven RichMore error, duplicate payment, unauthorised transaction or failure by RichMore to provide a paid service where a refund is legally required.
Where a transaction is genuinely unauthorised or incorrectly processed, the member should notify RichMore promptly through the official support channels.
Nothing in this clause is intended to remove any mandatory consumer right or statutory remedy available under Nigerian law.
8. BONUSES AND DOWNLINE-BASED BENEFITS
Where RichMore operates a referral, team, network or downline-based bonus programme, eligibility for a bonus shall depend on the rules of the applicable programme.
A member may not earn a downline-related bonus where the member has no qualifying downline or where the relevant downline does not meet the programme's activity requirements.
A bonus is not guaranteed merely because a member has registered or made a contribution.
RichMore may verify the activity and eligibility of members before approving bonuses.
RichMore may withhold, reverse or cancel a bonus that was generated through fraud, duplicate accounts, false information, prohibited activity or a breach of programme rules.
9. INCENTIVE PICK-UP
Where a member qualifies for an incentive or physical benefit and fails to collect it within the designated collection period, the member may be required to pay a ₦5,000 redemption/retrieval fee before the incentive is released.
The ₦5,000 charge shall apply only where the applicable incentive programme expressly provides for it and the member was informed of the condition.
10. FOOD AND HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS
RichMore may provide access to food, household essentials, community distribution programmes and related services.
Product availability, quantities, prices, collection dates and delivery arrangements may vary depending on the programme.
Where substitutions become necessary because of availability or supply conditions, RichMore shall communicate the applicable arrangement to affected members.
11. PAYMENTS
Members must use payment methods and accounts officially provided or authorised by RichMore.
Members should not send money to an employee, agent, representative or third party unless that payment channel has been officially authorised by RichMore.
RichMore shall not be responsible for payments made to unauthorised personal accounts.
12. BONUSES, INCENTIVES AND PROMOTIONS
Bonuses, incentives, promotions and special offers are subject to their individual eligibility rules.
RichMore reserves the right to correct administrative errors, investigate suspected abuse and withdraw an incentive where the member does not satisfy the applicable eligibility conditions.
Promotional terms shall be communicated clearly to members before participation.
13. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Members must not:
- create multiple fraudulent accounts;
- impersonate another person;
- manipulate referrals or downline activity;
- submit false documents;
- interfere with the platform;
- attempt unauthorised access;
- exploit software vulnerabilities;
- engage in fraudulent transactions;
- use RichMore's platform for unlawful purposes; or
- provide false information to obtain a bonus, incentive, food allocation or other benefit.
14. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
RichMore may suspend or terminate an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, serious misconduct, unauthorised access or material breach of these Terms.
Where appropriate, RichMore may give the member an opportunity to respond before a final decision is made.
Any legitimate financial entitlement owed to a member shall be dealt with in accordance with the applicable programme rules and applicable law.
15. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY
RichMore will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and security of its platform.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, telecommunications problems, payment-gateway failures, internet outages, cyber incidents or circumstances outside RichMore's reasonable control.
RichMore will take reasonable steps to restore affected services.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The RichMore name, logo, website design, software, content, graphics, text and other proprietary materials belong to RichMore or its authorised licensors.
Members may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, distribute or commercially exploit RichMore's proprietary materials without written permission.
17. PRIVACY
RichMore collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
By using RichMore's services, members acknowledge that their information may be processed for account administration, identity verification, transaction processing, customer support, security, compliance and other legitimate purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
18. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
RichMore may use third-party payment gateways, banks, technology providers, messaging services and other service providers.
Where a third-party service is unavailable or experiences an interruption, RichMore will take reasonable steps to assist members but cannot guarantee the independent performance of the third party.
19. COMPLAINTS AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Members may submit complaints through RichMore's official support channels.
RichMore will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge and investigate complaints and provide an appropriate response.
Members should provide sufficient information, including transaction references where applicable, to enable investigation.
20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
RichMore may update these Terms where necessary because of changes to its services, technology, business operations or applicable law.
Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
The version applicable to a transaction or programme shall be the version communicated to the member at the relevant time, subject to applicable law.
21. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
22. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
